FORBES reports cola giant Pepsi lost a trademark dispute against Chinese beer maker Zhejiang Blue Wild Wine over the trademark "Blue Storm."

The suit was brought against Pepsi for Pepsi's "blue storm" advertising campaign. Shejiang Blue Wild Wine owns a trademark in China for the mark "Blue Storm."
