Texas Trademark & Media Lawyer Tamera Bennett
Tamera H. Bennett is a wife, mom, lawyer, mediator, blogger, podcaster, and legal writer. For over 16 years she’s helped clients protect what they create by practicing trademark, copyright, entertainment law, and mediation in Texas and Tennessee.
With an eye always toward resolution, Tamera also mediates intellectual property law cases.
Lawyer Tamera Bennett was the Secretary for the Texas Chapter of the Grammy Association and served two terms on their Board of Governors. She is a past chair of the State Bar of Texas Entertainment & Sports Law section and a former adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University.
Tamera is a frequent presenter/speaker for legal and business groups on topics surrounding the protection and licensing of trademarks, copyrights and music.
In the Summer of 2015, Tamera backpacked 100 miles over 10 days with her son's Boy Scout Troop. Tamera walked her first half-marathon in 2012 and the Cowtown Half Marathon in February 2016, February 2017 and is training for February 2018. She also plans to take up skeet shooting after hitting three out of four clays at Boy Scout camp.
