Rain Starting a Storm of Litigation

by Tamera H. BennettJune 23, 2007

Korean pop star Rain has more to worry about than his pending trademark litigation with the Beatles tribute band Rain.

Will other U.S. promoters and venues follow suit and file suit for non-performance and breach of contract for Rain's cancellations?
