CLIP Speaker Series “Perspectives on Practice Featuring Amazing Alumni”
Tamera Bennett
March 21, 2017
Noon - 1 pm
Room 201

Lunch Provided

Tamera Bennett is an alumnus of the law school who opened her own practice focused on music law, entertainment, and IP. She has built her practice and is truly a local powerhouse... including being on the Board of Governors (and an officer in) the Texas chapter of the Grammy Association. She is past chair of the State Bar of Texas Sports and Entertainment Law Association. She is co-host of the Entertainment Law Podcast, is an active blogger on legal issues, and has written for both Billboard and Texas Lawyer.

She knows what it is to build a practice from the ground up (and right after law school!).

Whether you are interested in entertainment law, IP, music, or opening your own practice, you will surely find something interesting about this talk. You will have a chance to both hear from -- and talk with -- Tamera. And there will be free lunch from Potbelly!
