The Women and the Law Section is thrilled to present a free CLE webinar at noon CST on Thursday, January 20, 2022 titled Legal Issues of Podcasting.

This presentation provides a “bird’s eye” view of the behind the scenes of a podcast. Gordon Firemark and Tamera Bennett will cover trending podcast law cases, the legal environment in which podcasters operate, and ways to foster/develop podcasting in your legal practice while complying with lawyer advertising rules.

Tamera and Gordon have co-hosted over 140 episodes of the Entertainment Law Update podcast.
