Sheridan's Manager is "Desperate"

By Tamera H. BennettSeptember 24, 2007

Nicollete Sheridan, Edie on the TV show "Desperate Housewives," succeed in her claim filed with the California State Labor Commission that Rob Lee was not properly licensed as a talent agent while helping her negotiate her contract for Desperate Housewives.

The case is not completley closed because Lee first sued Sheridan in California Superior Court for breach of their verbal contract. The California Superior Court suspended action on the pending lawsuit awaiting the decision of the California State Labor Commission. The court proceedings will resume October 10 with a status conference.
